10 Min Keto Shahi Tukda | Keto Indian Dessert | Raksha Bandhan Special


'Shahi' means 'Royal' and 'Tukda' mean 'Bites'. So these are true to its name. ... Royal Bites. These are delicious sweetbreads dipped in sweet creamy dressings that you will drool for once you taste them. And yes, this can be had separately the 'Sweet Bread' or the creamy dressing 'Rabri' or combine both together to enjoy the 'Royal Bites'


Preparation time: 10 mins

Serves: 4

Ingredients Step1 Almond flour 3/4 cup Sugarfree stevia 1.5 tbsp Xanthan gum 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Baking soda 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp Oil 2 tbsp Ghee/ clarified butter 2 tsp Step 2 Ghee 1tsp Almond slivers 1 tbsp Pistachio slivers 1 tbsp Fresh cream 200ml Sugarfree stevia 2 tbsp Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp Saffron water + 2 drop of colour(optional) Finale Pistachio & Almond slivers a few Method Step1 In a bowl add in all the ingredients one by one and give it a magic mix Grease a microwave square glass and drop the batter into it. Microwave the batter for 60-90 secs Take it out & let it rest. After 3 mins take out the bread & slice it & lightly brush with ghee and roast on a nonstick pan till golden. Step 2 In a pan add ghee, Drop the almonds & pistachio slivers and roast them till crisp. Take it out. Drop the cream into it. Let it boil. Add in the sugarfree of your choice, saffron steeped water, cardamom powder & 2 drops of colour that is optional Cook for 2 mins Take it out Finale Take the golden toasted bread on a plate and spread the rabri & sprinkle the pistachio-almond slivers. Enjoy!!!
