Keto Chenna Murki | Sugarfree Protein Candy

Chena murki is a famous Eastern Indian sweet. Basically this sweet is found in every sweetmeat shop in Bengal & Orissa state of India. So enjoy guiltfree as it's sugarfree and rich in proteins too.




Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serves: 18

Ingredients
Ghee 1/2 tsp
Stevia sugarfree 1 cup
paneer/cottage cheese 200g
cardamom powder 3/4 tsp

Method
Heat a nonstick pan.
Add the ghee to grease the pan.
Add sugar-free stevia and water, stir & mix it.
When it boils add the paneer cubed pieces into it.
Cook in medium to slow flame until all the liquid vanishes and the stevia starts crystalising.
Now add the cardamom powder and toss again.
Add the rose water and toss till the paneer pieces start making noise while tossing.
It's done.
Let it cool down.
Separate the pieces.
Store it in an airtight container for 1-2 days at normal temperature.
