So Made this Nuts Mixture. It's a powerhouse of Vitamins, Minerals and Omega fatty acids. You can pack in small packs and carry in your pockets, whenever hunger pangs strike, have a mouthful of It. Pack it for the kids, office goers tiffin as snacks too.

Ingredients
Almonds 100g
Walnuts 50g
Pumpkin seeds 50g
Sunflower seeds 50g
Sesame seeds 50g
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Curry leaves 6-7
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee 1 & 1/2 tbs
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan
- Then add Cumin seeds, when the crackling sound appears to, add curry leaves.
- Then add almonds, Saute it for 2 Mins
- Add turmeric powder and salt
- Then add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and saute.
- Then add walnuts and lastly sesame seeds.
- Saute it until crisp about 5 Mins.
- Then sprinkle Red chilli powder, Corriander powder and Chaat masala.
- Mix it properly.
- Cool it and store in an airtight container.
You can add peanuts, Flaxseed, melon seeds also.
Cashew also can be added, if not keto.
