Indian cuisine is world-renowned, and Dhokla, a famous Gujarati dish is one of them. A keto version and that even eggless is just the right thing I wanted to have. So make it and enjoy it. You can call it even a Savoury Cake too.

Ingredients
For the Batter
Paneer 200g
Psyllium husk 1tbsp
Hung curd/greek yoghurt 2 tbsp
Citric acid 1 /2 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1inch piece
Green chilli 2 halves or more according to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
For Tempering
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 2 tsp
Sesame seeds 1tsp
Green curry leaves few pieces
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
For Garnishing
Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
Fresh coconut flakes 2 tsp
Method
Batter:
- In a mixer jar add slit green chillies and ginger, churn it.
- Then add paneer, psyllium husk, baking soda, citric acid, salt turmeric powder and oil, churn it.
- Then add hung curd to it, and churn it.
- Now grease a Microwave safe dish, and take out the batter.
- Its a thick batter almost like a dough.
- Spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Microwave it for 3 Mins.
- Take it out.
Tempering:
- Heat a pan.
- Add oil when hot add mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves, sesame seeds and Asafoetida.
- Remove from the stove.
Finale:
- Spread the tempering on the Prepared Dhokla evenly
- Cut the dhokla with a knife into square shapes.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and fresh coconut flakes.
- Serve it with fried green chillies or sauce of your choice.
