Keto Nawabi Paneer White gravy

This is my second dish in the gravy section, earlier I posted Methi Paneer Malai, a Green Gravy and this one is a White Gravy. This one is also a very easy and a quick one too. And the taste is also yummy.


Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins 
Serves: 2

Ingredients 
Paneer 200g
Almonds blanched without skin 20g 
Poppy seeds soaked in water for 4 hrs 10g 
Onion roughly chopped 100g
Cardamom 2 pieces 
Ghee 2tbsp
Fenugreek leaves dry roasted 1tbsp

Method 
In a grinder jar of the Mixer put blanched almonds, Poppy seeds, onions, Cardamom and puree it to paste. 
Now heat a nonstick pan, add ghee to it. 
Then add the ground paste and Saute it. 
Put some water in the same mixer jar (so that the leftover paste can be used), cover and shake and pour the mix in the pan. 
Saute it until it Boils. 
Then add sliced cubed paneer and salt. 
Saute for few mins, cook it till the gravy thickens.
Take it out in a serving bowl. 
Roast some dried fenugreek leaves in a Microwave or pan and let it cool
Take a handful of this between your palms and rub it against each other in such a way that the powder of the leaves falls on the Nawabi Paneer. 
Serve hot with your favourite Keto Naan, tortillas or Rotis or have it like this also.
