Golden Paneer Nuggets Keto style

Golden Paneer Nuggets is the most interesting and Super easy dish I prepared till now. With very few minimal Ingredients and less cooking time, these Nuggets will entice you to prepare every now & then. Enjoy!!!

Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 4 in total15-16 pieces

Ingredients
Paneer cut into cubes 200g
Almond flour 1 tbsp
Flaxseed flour 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp

Olive oil 2 tbsp

Method
Take a lidded bowl, add the paneer pieces and oil In the bowl and cover with the lid and shake it thoroughly.
In another small bowl add all the remaining ingredients and mix it properly.
Take each single cubes of paneer and roll it over the mix and place it on a nonstick baking tray or parchment paper.
Grill it for 8 - 10 mins.
Take it out and serve hot with your choice of dip.
