This Recipe is awesome to look and to top it the taste is just comforting and soothing to the tongue. So enjoy making it.

Ingredients
Basil leaves 50 g
Garlic cloves 3-4 pieces
Walnuts 5-6 pieces
Saly 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Paneer cubes 150g
Banana leaf 1 piece
Method
- In a grinder jar of the mixer-grinder add chopped basil leaves, cloves of garlic, pieces of walnuts, salt and oil, churn it into a paste, and your pesto sauce is ready.
- Next, take the paneer cubes and slit it with a knife in the middle.
- Now apply the pesto between the slit and all over the paneer too.
- do it for all the pieces
- Now take the banana leaf pieces and air it over the naked flame for 1 -2 second so that the leaves become pliable ( easily foldable).
- Now take a banana leaf and put the marinated paneer on top of it and pack it like a parcel with the banana leaf.
- Do this for all the paneer pieces.
- Heat a pan and add some oil
- Put the paneer parcels on it
- Let it cook on slow to medium flame for 4-5 mins.
- Brown specks will appear.
- Toss and turn it around and let it cook for another 4-5 mins.
- Take it out and serve hot with the banana leaf.
- Enjoy the sweet flavour imparted by the banana leaf to the basil paneer.
