The Creamy texture of this dish is enough to mesmerise your taste buds. This is a very famous French dish and is prepared with Potatoes, but we would swap the potatoes with keto friendly ingredients.

Ingredients
1st Step
Radish slices 150g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
2nd Step
Pumpkin slices 150g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4tsp
3rd Step
Cream 200g
Cream cheese / Cheese spread 1 tbsp
Hung curd 1 tbsp
Garlic crushed 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Fresh herb Oregano 3-4 sprigs
Finale
Cheese mozerella 60g
Aluminium foil
Method
1st Step
- Thinly slice the Radish with a slicer and add oil and salt, mix it and microwave for 1 - 2 mins or steam for 5 mins.
2nd Step
- Similarly, slice the pumpkin into fine pieces and add salt and oil, mix it and microwave for 1-2 mins or steam it for 5 mins.
3rd Step
- Now take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients and mix it thoroughly
Finale
- Preheat the oven to 200c.
- Take an Ovenproof dish and grease with oil. Now add Pumpkin slices and 1/2 the cream, mix it thoroughly and spread it out to form an even layer.
- Now to the remaining cream mix add radish and mix it thoroughly.
- Spread it out evenly over the pumpkin layer.
- Sprinkle the cheese.
- Seal it with the Aluminium foil and put it to bake for 20 mins.
- Open the oven and carefully remove the Aluminium foil and set to grill for another 6-8mins until the cheese gets a lovely colour.
- Take it out and serve hot.
Recipe Notes
- One can make with anyone one vegetable too, just increase the quantity.
