Paneer fresh 250g
Water 8 cups
Sugar-free Stevia 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Saffron strings a few
Rosewater
Food Colours green, red, yellow optional
Method
- Put the paneer in a muslin cloth and squeeze out as much water possible as such almost no water is left in it.
- Take it out on a round flat plate with rim.
- Then mash it for 10 mins
- Knead it with your base of the palm
- Divide the paneer dough into three portions.
- To Paneer dough 1 add a pinch of yellow colour and some strings of saffron.
- Mash it thoroughly and make 3 yellow balls out of it.
- To Paneer dough 2 add a pinch of red colour and some drops of rose water, mash it thoroughly and make 3 pink balls out of it.
- To Paneer dough 3 add a pinch of green colour and cardamom powder.
- Mash it thoroughly and make 3 green balls out of it.
- Now in a deep pan add water and stevia and put it to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Now boil the syrup on a slow flame for 10 mins.
- Add the balls and cover and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
- Then switch off the stove and let it sit for 3 hrs.
- Then you can Refrigerate it and have it within 24 hrs.
