WHAT I EAT ON KETO WHEN I HAVE SUGAR CRAVINGS

Some sweets can be prepared in a Jiffy.  Whenever I like to have something for my sweet tooth, these are the Most Easiest Super Tasty 1 Ingredient sweets options one can prepare and Enjoy.


Preparation time: for each dish 5-8 mins

Ingredients
SWEET 1
Cream 100g
Stevia 2 tsp
Vanilla essence 2-3 drops

SWEET 2
Hung curd/Greek yoghurt 100g
Stevia 2 tsp
Saffron strings few
Saffron essence few drops optional
Pistachios 2-3 Finely chopped

SWEET 3
Cottage cheese /Paneer 100 g
Rose water/Rose essence a few drops
Rose petals  fresh or dried optional
Stevia 2 tsp

Method
SWEET 1-  Vanilla Icecream
In a small mason jar add the cream, stevia and vanilla essence.
Bottle the jar and shake it, roughly for 5 mins vigorously.
Place it in the freezer compartment
Keep for 1 to 1/2 hr until it freezes.
Serve with Grated Chocolate or without it.

SWEET 2 = Shrikhand
in a bowl take hung curd, add saffron strings, stevia, saffron essence and mix it thoroughly for 2-3mins.
Serve chilled with the dressing of slivered pistachios and saffron strings.

SWEET 3 = Rose Sandesh
On a plate take cottage cheese/ paneer while water is drained out to the maximum.
Add rose water and stevia
Mash it thoroughly until it becomes creamy.
Make small balls out of it.
Put a rose petal on top of each of the paneer balls and press it slightly.
Serve chilled.
