Keto Roti/Tortillas/Chappatis/Paratha made of coconut flour is one of my favourites. This you can eat with your veggies, gravies, like burritos, as wraps too.

Serves: 10 pieces of 4-inch diameter

Ingredients
Coconut flour or desiccated 1 cup
Psyllium husk 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Oil 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Warm water for kneading approx 1 cup
Ghee or Clarified butter/Vegan butter 2 tbsp
Method
- In a mixing bowl add coconut flour/desiccated, psyllium husk, salt and oil and mix it thoroughly
- Make a soft dough using warm water.
- Cover and keep aside for resting.
- After 10 mins uncover and knead it again.
- Now take 2 sheets of Parchment paper and put a portion of dough and in between the sheet and press with your palm and fingers.
- Then roll it with the rolling pin, almost round and thin too.
- Uncover and place a bowl or kid to make a round shape and transfer the shaped roti on to the tawa or griddle. Roast 8t on the tawa with ghee from both the sides.
- Similarly, make all the rotis in this manner.
- Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator and take out when required.
