This cake is very easy to prepare with easily available ingredients. The smell of the freshly baked banana will engulf you. Enjoy!!!

Serves: 8 pieces
Ingredient
Wet ingredient bowl
Banana medium 2
Oil1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Dry Ingredient bowl
Jowari(Sorghum)flour 1 cup
Wheat flour 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Walnuts chopped 1/3 cup
Finale
Walnuts chopped 1 tbsp
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°c
Wet ingredient bowl
Mash the banana in a smooth mixture with the help of a fork or masher.
Now add all the wet remaining ingredients and mix it thoroughly
Dry Ingredient bowl
In another mixing bowl add all the dry ingredient except walnuts.
Mix it thoroughly.
To the wet ingredient bowl, add the dry ingredient bowl mixture part by part and mix it thoroughly until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Now add the chopped walnuts to it.
Mix it thoroughly
Finale
Grease a baking dish and grease with oil.
Spread a parchment paper over it.
Now transfer the mixture into it.
Sprinkle the walnuts over it.
Bake it for 35-40 minutes
Take it out and let it cool.
Transfer it onto a plate.
Slice it.

Recipe note:
To make it fully glutenfree instead of wheat flour use Oats flour.
