You guys have been asking for some easy snacking idea or Keto go snacks, which are easy to make and can be had anytime. These Keto Cauliflower Cheese Poppers are perfect for such moments.
The golden colour and the cheesy flavour is the perfect keto snack solution and the perfect hot snack for this rainy season.
Preparation time: 5 mins
Grilling time: 8-12 mins
Serves: 2
Ingredients
Cauliflower florets 250g
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Almond flour 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Thyme or any herb 1/2 tsp
Cheddar cheese grated 100g
For the Dip
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds toasted 1 tsp
Sriracha sauce 1/2 tbsp
Water 1/2 tbsp
Method
In a lidded mixing bowl add the cauliflower florets and oil mix it thoroughly by placing the lid.
Now in another bowl add in the almond flour, turmeric powder, salt red chilli powder and herb thyme. Mix it.
Now to the cauliflower florets bowl add the almond mix and the grated cheese.
Again cover it up and shake the bowl thoroughly.
Now transfer it onto a nonstick baking tray or use parchment paper or a silicone sheet.
Spread it out evenly with the help of a spatula. Make a single layer of the florets.
Grill it for 8-12 minutes until the cheese becomes crispy.
For the dip
Mix all the ingredients and give it a good mix.
Finale
Take the cauli cheese poppers out from the oven and serve hot with the dip.
