Mine broke and filled with oil as soon as I put it in oil:(
ReplyDeleteI also had the same issue of breaking when i put the puri in oil. Why do you think that happened? I used coconut flour instead of dessicated coconut..is that the reason?
ReplyDeleteThe halwa was great but the poori did not fluff at all despite following recipe exactly . What could be the reason
ReplyDeleteMine never puffed up. Can I just check you said 2 Tsp xanthan gum but in your video you only added 1 tsp. Would that be the issue? I had to add more yoghurt to it as it kept crumbling and didn't look soft like yours. What are we doing wrong? Guidance would be great. Many thanks
ReplyDeleteI found this blog informative or very useful for me. I suggest everyone, once you should go through this. I like the way it explains regarding what to do when you have osteoporosis problem during navratri
