Ingredients
For the
marination
Paneer
200g
Soy sauce
2 tbsp
salt 1/2
tsp
Stevia
1/2 tsp
Cumin
powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder1/2 tsp
Coconut
milk 3 tsp
Red
chili flakes
Garlic
powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon
juice 1 tbsp
For the
peanut sauce
Peanut
butter 2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Thai
curry paste 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/4
tsp
Coconut
milk 4 tsp
Lemon
juice 1/2 tbsp
Finale
Oil 2 tbsp
Method
For the marination
- In a mixing bowl add all the marination ingredients.
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Slice the paneer longitudinally about 1/2 inch × 3 inches and 3/4 inch in thickness too.
- Marinate the paneer pieces in the marinade.
- Keep it aside or put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
For the peanut sauce
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Finale
- Take out the marination bowl and skewer the paneer into the skewer sticks.
- Heat a nonstick grill pan.
- Grease it with oil.
- Put the skewered paneer over it.
- Let it cook on slow to medium flame.
- Drop some marination liquid over it.
- Toss and turn and let it cook from the other side too.
- Take it out on a plate.
- Serve with the peanut sauce.
- Enjoy!!!
