These
Thai Corn Fritters are perfectly crispy,
sweet and salty, and at the same time spicy too. They can be served as a
Starter, appetizers, or as a party snack. So make these and Enjoy!!!
Serves: 10 pieces
Ingredients
1 large
Corn kernels boiled
Red Thai
curry paste 1 tsp
Salt to
taste
Soya
sauce 1 tsp
Maize
flour 3-4 tsp
Kafir
leaves 4-5/Lemon zest of 1 lemon
Cornflour
3 tbs
Oil 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
- Pulse the boiled corn kernels coarsely in a chopper or food processor.
- Now add all the remaining ingredients except the cornflour and the oil.
- Give it a good mix.
- Take cornflour on a plate.
- Now take small portions of the mix and form flattened patties out of it.
- Dust it with cornflour
- Similarly make all the patties.
- Heat a nonstick pan.
- Brush it with oil.
- Now put the fritters and let it cook both sides till its golden by applying little oil when required.
- Shallow fry golden on medium to slow heat.
- Similarly fry all the fritter
- Take it out.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy!!!
