Hummus spread 2 tbsp for each tortilla
Tortillas/Roti/Chapati
Red cabbage shredded 2 tbsp
Colorful capsicum strips 50g for each tortilla
Tomatoes chopped 30g for each tortilla
Green chilies finely chopped according to taste
Hung curd 1 tbsp for each tortilla
Parsley /coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Spread the hummus on the tortilla evenly. now on one half of the tortilla put the veggies and the curd.
- fold the other half of the tortilla over the stuffing. press it.
- Heat a nonstick pan and grease it.
- Roast it from all the sides.
- Slice each into 2 portions and serve hot.
- Enjoy!!!
Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
Sweet potatoes 500g
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp

Ginger & garlic powder 1 tsp
Rosemary/any herb of choice
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Sugar powder/sugarfree Sweetener 1 &1/2 tsp
For the Dip
Hung curd/greek yogurt 2 tbsp
Thyme 1/4 tsp
Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Method
- Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly removing any mud or gunk.
- Now slice it into 1/2inch thick and roughly about 3 inches long strips.
- Put all the fries in a big mixing bowl with lid.
- Now add the oil and salt.
- Put the lid on the mixing Howland shake for few seconds so that all the sweet potatoes are properly coated with oil and salt completely.
Preparation of the coating
- In a rimmed plate adds the ingredients and gives it a good mix.
- Mix all the ingredients and give it a good mix.
Finale
- Place the parchment sheet on the baking tray.
- Roll each sweet potato sticks in the coating mixture from all sides and place it on the parchment sheets side by side.
- Grill it in the oven in the griller mode for 12-15 minutes or more until crisp and crunchy from outside and soft from inside.
- Take it out.
- Serve hot with the dip.

Chickpea flour 1 cup
Sorghum/jowari flour 1/2 cup
Mozerella cheese 40g
Curd 1/2 cup
Salt 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Spinach chopped 40g
Tomatoes finely chopped 3 tbsp
Capsicum 2tbsp
Pumpkin 2 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Coriander finely chopped 1 tbsp
Method
• Preheat the oven to 180c.
• In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients one by one keeping the coriander leaves separately.
• Mix it up thoroughly.
• Grease the muffin tray and drop the batter into it, filling 3/4th only.
• Sprinkle some coriander leaves over it.
• Now bake for 20 mins.
• Take it out and enjoy with your favorite dips and sauces.
