Ingredients
Chocolate Chip Mug Cake
Hung curd 12 tbsp
Flax egg 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Stevia
Oil 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence a few drops
Pumpkin seed flour 1/3 cup
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Dark chocolate chopped above 75% 1 tbsp
Method
Mix all the ingredients in the line of order except the chopped chocolate chips.
Mix it thoroughly.
Add half the chocolate chips.
Grease a mug and pour in the batter.
Add the remaining chocolate chips on top and microwave for 1 minute.
Take it out and enjoy it.

Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Cream 1/3 cup
Butter 30g
Sweetener Stevia 1 Tbsp
Almonds 30g
Walnuts 30g
Method
- In a food processor or chopper crush the almonds and walnuts together to small pieces.
- Microwave it for 1.5 mins on high. Keep aside.
- Now melt butter in the microwave or double boiler.
- Add cocoa powder and mix.
- Microwave cream for 30 sec and add to the mix.and mix it properly.
- Then add the chopped nuts and mix properly.
- Now make small balls out of it.
- Roll some in coconut powder if you like. And set it in the refrigerator for 15 mins, to get it set. The butter will set.
- Now you can serve it or store and have one piece at a time.

Ingredients
For the batter
Paneer 175g
Hung curd 1/2 tbsp
Finale
Sugar-free Erythritol 1/2tsp
Melted Dark chocolate 15g
Oil 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Method
- In a mixer, jar add the paneer and hung curd and churn it.
- Check the consistency and add little water and churn it.
- Take it out in a bowl.
- Mix sugar-free erythritol in one of the batter bowl.
- Heat a nonstick pan
- Drop 1/2 of the mixture.
- Cover and cook.
- After 2 mins remove the cover add oil.
- Cover and cook for 2 mins more.
- Remove the cover, when browning happens, transfer it on a plate.
- Do this again for the remaining batter.
- Serve on a plate and drop some melted Chocolates over it.
- Enjoy!!!!

#4 Keto Eggless Choco-Walnut Cake
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 3 mins

Ingredients
Almond flour 25g
Flaxseed flour 10g
Coconut flour 35g
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Stevia 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbs
Baking powder 1/2tsp
Cream 2 tsp
Chocolate sugarfree or 90%dark chocolate
Water 6 tbsp,
Walnuts 3-4 halves chopped chunky
Method
- In a mixing bowl add almond flour, Flaxseed flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and stevia.
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Now add oil, cream, and water and mix it thoroughly to form a thick batter.
- Grease a microwave oven bowl.
- Add the batter to it.
- Pat it with a spoon.
- Sprinkle Choco chips or cut Chocolate pieces and crushed walnuts.
- Microwave it for 3 mins.
- Take it out and let it rest for 10 mins.
- Now take it out of the dish and Enjoy it.
Note: You can make this without choco chips or walnuts, use any nuts or without nuts even.
