A simple and equally easy & tasty sweet, which is perfect for any Vrat or Fasting, and especially for MahaShivratri too. One can enjoy guilt-free as its healthy too.💗💗
Preparation time: 10 mins

Serves: 16 pieces
Ingredients
Step 1
Sweet
potatoes 250g
Step 2
Almond
flour 1/4 cup
Brown
sugar 1/2 cup
Cardamom
powder 1 tsp
Ghee/clarified
butter/vegan butter 2 tsp
Almond
slivers 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Slice the
sweet potatoes and steam it in a vessel covered until it becomes tender.
Step 2
Cool the
steamed sweet potatoes and remove the skin.
Mash it
with a fork or masher, until it's fine.
Add all
the other ingredients and mix it thoroughly.
It will
form a soft dough.
Grease a
square dish with butter paper on it.
Transfer
the sweet potato mixture into it.
Smoother
and flatten it out.
Sprinkle
the chopped almond slivers and press it slightly.
Keep it
in the fridge for 15 mins to set.
Take it
out and transfer it from the square dish to a plate.
Cut it
into squares.
