Sorghum/jowar dosa
or crepe is glutenfree millers very good for diabetics, thyroid people or for
those who want to follow weight loss schedule. It is rich in proteins and good to control cholesterol too.
These easy to
prepare Dosas or crepes are a wonderful chance on the dining table in this
difficult time. when you can't go out or order food and need a freshness in our
menu. These are delicious and tastes awesome with the quick coconut chutney.

Serve: 5 Dosa & 10 tbsp chutney
Ingredients

For Instant Dosa
Sorghum flour 1 cup
Sorghum flour 1 cup
Rice
flour 1/2 cup
Salt 1tsp
Cumin
seeds 1 tsp
Green
chillies 2
Onion finely chopped 1 medium
Oil 2 tbsp
For Instant Coconut chutney
Desiccated
coconut 1/2 cup
Curd 1/2
cup
Green
chilli
Ginger
salt
Method
For Instant Coconut chutney
- In a mixer, jar add all the ingredients and give a good churn until it forms a paste.
- Take it out in a bowl.
For Instant Dosa
- In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil and give it a magic mix.
- The batter should be watery.
- Now heat a nonstick tawa.
- Heat and grease with oil.
- Wipe away the extra oil and let it attain a good heat.
- Now drop a spoonful of batter covering the pan.
- Drizzle some oil.
- Let it cook on high to medium flame for 5 mins or until it takes a golden colour.
- With the help of spatula food the dosa and take it out in a plate.
- Serve hit with the coconut chutney.
- Enjoy!!!
