Made the non-keto version and was so mesmerized by its look and taste and also with so many requests for a keto version, so bang on decided to give it a try. It was a win-win situation.

Ingredients
Step 1
Flaxseed flour 1 tbsp
Step 2
Hazelnuts roasted 1/3 cup
Chocolate Lindt 75%
Butter 3 tsp
Step3
Almond flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Xanthan gum1/2 tsp
Stevia 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Greek yoghurt 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Step 4
Oil 2 tsp
Method
Step 1
- Mix flaxseed flour &
Step 2
- Add hazelnuts in a mixer jar and churn it to form a powder.
- Add the chocolate pieces(room temperature) and butter and stevia optional and churn to fine paste & take it out in a bowl
- Fill 1.5 tbsp into Piping bag and
- cut a small slit.
Step 3
- In a bigger mixer jar add all the dry ingredients of step 3 and give it a churn.
- Then add all the wet ingredients including the flax mix prepared in step 1 and give it a churn.
- Add water 4-5 tbsp for the desired thick consistency.
- Put half the batter in a piping bag.
Step 4
- Now heat an appe pan.
- Grease with oil.
- Drop the batter into the appe hole filling it half with the piping bag.
- Now squeeze little portion of keto Nutella in the middle.
- Again cover the Nutella with the batter.
- Let it cook for 2-3 mins.
- With the help of 2 forks, carefully toss & turn.
- Again cook for another 2-3 mins.
- Take it out.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy!!!
