Keto Sweets | Modak & Ladoos | Festive moods

Ganpati festivals and gorging on sweets is a must. The whole house smells so sweet. And these keto Sweets are perfect for this festival. Enjoy!!!


#keto Modaks in 2 flavour
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Assembling time: 10 mins
Serves: 6

Ingredients
Flavour 1
Almond flour 1 / 2 cup
Coconut flour 1/4 cup
Psyllium husk 2 tbsp
Stevia 1/4 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Hot water 3 tsp

Flavour 2
Cocoa powder 1/2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tsp

Method
Heat a nonstick pan and add ghee.
Then add all the ingredients of flavour 1 except water and saute till it becomes toasted, approximately 6-7 mins
Now add water slowly and saute it thoroughly for 2 mins.
Shut the stove and let the mixture cool for 2-3 mins.
Now grease your both the palms with ghee and take a small portion of the mixture and bind with your fist and finger to make a tight ball and then shape it into a Modak shape.
I made 3 modak and then proceeded to make the Flavour 2
For Flavour 2
Take cocoa powder and ghee in a bowl and mix it.
Put this mix in the remaining modak mixture and mix it thoroughly.
Now make Modaks from the remaining mixture.
Store it in a box and Enjoy whenever you feel like, of course after offering to Lord Ganesha

#Keto Malai Ladoos
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins for Condensed Milk & 10 mins for Malai Ladoos
Serves: 15 pieces

Ingredients
For malai ladoo
Paneer 200 g
stevia 1/4 cup
keto Condensed Milk 1/2 the prepared quantity
Cardamom powder2 tsp
saffron essence 1 tsp

Method
In a saucepan add cream butter and stevia.
Stir and cook until it becomes half, on a slow flame.
Let it cool.
Now take another nonstick pan Add ghee to it.
Add cottage cheese/paneer and saute for 5 mins until ghee separates.
Now add the cream to it and let it cook until the ghee separates out.
Add cardamom powder and the remaining stevia to it.
Saute it for another 2 minutes.
Add Saffron essence to it.
Now let it cool.
Add in a mixer grinder and churn it so that it becomes light and fluffy.
Take it out in a bowl.
Take small portions and make as many balls / ladoos according to your mood.
Sprinkle some cardamom powder on top of each ladoo.
Store it in the refrigerator and one can have this for a week.
